If for any reason you decide to return or exchange your online purchase only, you have 30 days and a restocking fee of 15% will be charged on all items except on exchanges (*no return for Luxury Watches,). We offer easy returns for those who make their purchases online so they have the opportunity to physically view the products. Please note: we only offer 30-day returns on products purchased online. For products purchased in-store, all sales are final. The following conditions must be met:

  • All sales of on sale items, personalized/engraved jewellery, and special orders are final (sizing included).
  • Shipping charges are non refundable.
  • Items must be unworn
  • Items must be in all original tags and returned as given to the customer
  • Restocking fee of 15% will be charged on all return products. Exchanges will not be charged a restocking fee.
  • If any payment is processed from our online store, 2% visa/mastercard/credit card charge will apply for any cancellation or changes. This cost is is already given for credit card processing, therefore, will be passed on to you if there are ANY cancellations or refunds. 

If there is no White Carat store located near you, or you decide you want to return your purchase using FedEx, we will gladly arrange to have your purchase picked up by FedEx. Just call 1-888-901-9907 or e-mail team@whitecaratcaratdiamond.com for instructions.

Easy in-store Returns for Online Purchases Only

If for any reason you decide to return or exchange your online purchase, you have 30 days to return minus a restocking fee of 15% that will be charged on all returned items except on exchanges. (*30 days for unworn watches). Simply contact team@whitecaratdiamond.com and we will have everything processed for you.

All sales of discounted or on sale items are Final Sale. Sized rings and Personalized/engraved jewelry, special orders, worn items, and items are purchased in-store are final (sizing not included).

Returns by Mail

Please note that items purchased at our in-store location may NOT be returned by mail to our distribution center.

Here are the basic steps:

    1. Before any returns, please request a return authorization number before shipping any merchandise back. 
    2. Please read the information on your original packing slip.
    3. Pack the item securely. Use the original package, if possible. Enclose the original or a copy of the packing slip.
    4. If you do not have your original packing slip, please provide us with your name, address, phone number, email address, and order number.
    5. All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.
    6. For your protection, we recommend that you use FedEx, UPS or Insured Parcel Post for your return. Ship the return package to the address indicated on the packing slip:

  1. Keep the Return Tracking Number from the package you are returning to ensure that the package is returned to our distribution center.
  2. You can expect a refund within 5-7 business days of us receiving your returned product. Refund will be credited to the same form of payment used in your original purchase.
